I am an adult/child/youth and family therapist and clinical consultant in private practice with 40 years experience. I founded the Centre For Expressive Therapy to provide counselling and psychotherapy based on my approach to healing, Holistic Expressive Therapy.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
