I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in the West End, serving the entire Lower Mainland. I practice a bio-psycho-social approach to mental health, addressing the interconnected aspects of well-being & functioning.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have seen firsthand how life’s challenges can affect health, relationships, and wellness. I bring this understanding to my work as a therapist, blending medical insight with a compassionate therapeutic approach.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I provide warm, compassionate online therapy where you can show up just as you are. Together we’ll uncover strengths, ease stress and self-doubt, and build confidence, clarity, and systems that support your goals—so life feels lighter and more manageable.

My experience of 30 years working in the human services sector (18 in private practise), have taught me that the first step in facilitating change is in providing a safe, compassionate and respectful counsellor-client relationship.

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
