Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I offer in person, online and telephone sessions. I provide a confidential opportunity for you to discuss issues that are negatively impacting your life or getting in the way of you being happy. Counselling is a great way to create positive change in your life!

My experience of 30 years working in the human services sector (18 in private practise), have taught me that the first step in facilitating change is in providing a safe, compassionate and respectful counsellor-client relationship.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where we can gently explore difficult feelings and experiences. I utilize emotionally focused therapy, trauma-informed, strengths based, solution focused, anti-oppressive and mindful/meditative approaches

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.
