James has 30 years of care giving experience spanning diverse communities of individuals, couples, and groups collaboratively addressing life’s challenges to gradually grow by making sense of painful experiences from a systemic perspective.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.
