Living with depression can feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. My role is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can share openly, without judgment, while we work together to understand the roots of your struggles. Together, we will work toward shifting negative thought patterns, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating practical steps that bring relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of hope.

Many of experience depressive symptoms at some time in our lives and some of us experience pervasive depression. Depression and its many symptoms impact children, adolescents and adults in similar but distinct ways. However, experiencing depression does not have to be debilitating. I offer gentle, compassionate support that is tailored specifically for you, your child, and/or your family.
