Welcome to my practice. I am a seasoned, experienced psychologist, anger management expert and marriage therapist who is dedicated to teaching you practical and useful tools and thought skills to better deal with your personal, life, or relationship challenges.

LMFT who combines talk, creative arts, and play to address personal hurdles and unspoken pains with my clients. I offer mutually co-created opportunities for change through creative arts therapies because sometimes words aren't enough, no matter your age.

I specialize in assisting adults who grapple with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. My clients are often intelligent, hard-working individuals with a strong sense of perfectionism and a natural propensity for putting others before themselves.

I offer quality individual and family therapies in my two boutique practices in Hermosa Beach and Torrance locations. Also, I have been offering confidential video counseling to those would rather receive my services at comfort of their houses.
