For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

I focus on helping you (and those in the room- if applicable) deepen and explore your relationships from what you may carry with you; our work can create new chapters and new meaning through a collaborative and empowering approach that fosters autonomy.

I specialize in assisting adults who grapple with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. My clients are often intelligent, hard-working individuals with a strong sense of perfectionism and a natural propensity for putting others before themselves.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.
