I am a Marriage, and Family Therapist as well as a psychologist. I work with couples to help them get through the bumps/stress in their relationship and to grow from the dificult times which every relationship has.

I specialize in working with couples. I trained with couples therapy expert Terry Real (Author of "Us" and use his Relational Life Therapy approach, which helps couples to navigate more effectively the natural relational cycle of disharmony, harmony, and repair.

I offer three models of marriage counseling: Traditional, Solo and Guided. Traditional, both partners come to therapy, Solo, only one partner comes to therapy and Guided, Janice guides couples through her book, Framework Marriage Counseling.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help couples identify parts that are interacting within a relationship, developing a better understanding of themselves and their relationship patterns.
