Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.

My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy. I use a mind/body approach to treating trauma and the associated symptoms. Play therapy uses the language of play to resolve issues and find solutions.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.
