Walnut Creek has a lot of activities and happenings that occur all year long. The classes that are offered through the Parks and Recreation Department are great for the whole family, as well as for individual recreational activity.1 The city provides a calendar of events, which is great for planning family activities, regardless if you're visiting or residing in Walnut Creek.
