If someone wants to talk, I am a good listener. I am a proactive person and I want to support people as they communicate their problems with actions as well as supporting their communication. The action plans are the types of therapies in which I specialize. If someone just wants to talk, then they miss out on positive change that can occur and greatly help them in life.
