As a Life Coach, many skills transfer over to Career Counseling where we analyze your goals and job path. Chris has counseled many individuals in the Putnam and Westchester County area.

Career Counseling will look like life coaching in sessions using an individualized plan to formulate goals, identify strengths, discuss interests and using a guide to assist in career development, and insights will be discovered in how to better gain a sense of fulfillment at work. Learning ways to find a job, build connections, and become employable will also take place.

Clients plagued by perfectionism, or self-esteem related difficulties can develop insight, increase self-esteem, learn communication skills, and heal from past painful life experiences to learn more about themselves and what career they may see themselves in. Individuals can learn emotion regulation and interpersonal skills to assist in building confidence.

Rather than offering technical assistance like resume building, I prioritize deeper self-exploration through personalized assessments and in-depth discussions. Together, we explore career options, skill development, and strategies to overcome emotional or mental challenges that may hinder professional success.
