Understanding depression as anger at past events can help clients to understand and gain incite as to why they no longer care about life in the present moment. Often anxiety accompanies depression as worry about the future makes thoughts overactive. By using acceptance and commitment along with day to day wellness methods, we can work together to transition you back into looking forward to living your life in the moment as best as we all can.
