So many people are locked into jobs that leach motivation out of them rather than empowering continued growth and capitalizing on a healthy level of engagement. In my work with careers, I often ask tough questions and expect serious consideration of all the alternatives available to you. We'll work to establish outcomes and put our heads together to map out a plan for you that will make the most of your transferable skills and career objectives. In a sense, my approach is a career focused form of life coaching that aims to keep you moving forward while you work to recognize what you really want for yourself and exactly how you are going to make that happen in the real world.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in both the corporate & not-for-profit sectors, and was a peer mentor supporting colleagues through professional challenges & development. This informed my approach to career counseling today. Drawing on ACT and narrative therapy, I help clients step back from immediate pressures to reflect on their strengths, values, and the broader story of their working lives.
