My approach to helping clients in the area of work and career often relates to interpersonal problems in employment settings, difficulties managing work-life balance, and questions surrounding changing careers. Often clients come in with concerns around how to make changes to their employment situation, and they have various anxieties surrounding the risk that comes with making these life changes. In treatment, I help clients address their anxieties and fears, and we work together to seek solutions.

My work as a career counsellor goes again to the root of issues with work. There is a soul level to the work we choose, a vocational element to it ("vocation" meaning a calling from the work—where the work actually chooses you rather than you choosing the work.)
