We will consider many aspects including your inner desires, your short and long term goals, and we will assess your strengths and interests. From there, we you will work on exercises and specific action plans to uncover if your interests are truly that. Step-by-step we will work toward uncovering a more fulfilling career.

You will also be able to identify the top three careers that are best suited for you by completing two highly effective career assessments. As your counselor, I will take you through this process step by step. You will also be provided with some helpful contacts and resources to assist you in getting launched into your career.

However, sometimes it can be hard to tune into your own intuition, especially within the mix of what you want, what you need and what others think. My role in therapy is to help you untangle all these knots and empower you to make a decision that you feel is your own.
