Having been through a number of different careers in my life I have the first-hand experience of knowing what it feels like to go through such transitions. For so many years I couldn't find my passion which created a lot of drawbacks in my life. Today I don't see these as drawbacks but stepping stones to be where I am today. Using a trauma-informed, Gestalt and somatic approach, we pay attention to practical goals and emotional experiences, including fears, blocks, and inner conflicts. I help clients clarify priorities, build confidence, and recognize patterns that may affect career decisions. Together, we develop realistic steps aligned with their authentic self. Through this process, clients often gain clarity, motivation, and a stronger sense of direction and professional fulfillment.

Art therapy and counselling support individuals navigating career questions, transitions, or uncertainty. Creative and reflective processes can help clarify values, identity, strengths, and direction, particularly during periods of change or burnout.
