As a Psychotherapist and Life coach, I assist clients who are searching to find their passion in order to find joy in their work. Most of us unfortunately do not enjoy going to work. Unhappy spending days in a job and field. In order to enjoy your work, you must narrow down what areas make you happy and brings out passion. This entails removing limited beliefs, often confronting the inner critic and raising self-esteem.

In today’s world, it is normal to feel confused as to what career path to choose, how to change the one you have right now and how to keep moving forward in the direction of your choice, to reach your goals, to reach your potential. I have worked with many individuals, nationally and internationally guiding them towards their educational and professional goals and dreams.

Changing careers by returning to university education in my forties gives me unique insight into the possibilities. While I enjoyed my first career, it did not provide the level of personal satisfaction of my second! Though you may not have the intention, or be in the position, to make immediate changes, you can begin to build toward your dreams right away. There are many tools available to help you explore the possibilities and open your eyes and heart to a new you.

In our Career Coaching practice, we have found these 3 methods to be the most powerful when it comes to helping you discover your career roadmap - the right major, right talents or career. 1. Jackson Vocational Interest Survey (JVIS) is the "Career Roadmap" which will help you determine the best career fit. 2. CareerPlanner Personality Test (CPPT) is the "Personality Blueprint" which will highlight your talents, skills, strengths, weaknesses, interests and how they coincide with your career roadmap. 3. Jump Start Coaching Hour (JSCH) is the "Life Coach" who will guide you in the planning and implementing of the "Career Roadmap". All you need to do is make a small investment.

It may create stress, anxiety and has a negative impact on our self esteem and our self confidence.
