Whether you are a student who is confused about their future career or a working professional established in your field, feeling uncertain about your career can be overwhelming. By working together we will highlight your strengths, values, and skills to find what path will feel the most satisfying to you. We will work on optimizing your resume, practicing interviewing skills, and improving on communication/boundaries and how they will impact your career.

I am a certified interpreter for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory. If you have done the MBTI Step II inventory propery, then we can use the result to explore what kind of career may best suit your personality preference. Sometimes, when we are working in a career which does not match our personality preference, we may find that it is difficult to handle the work or the working environment. It may create stress, anxiety and has a negative impact on our self esteem and our self confidence.

Sometimes we feel a little lost in our careers - whether due to focus, lack of progress, or generally not knowing what we want to do with our lives. Coming from a background of nearly 25 years in the corporate world, I use my business skills to help you find your inner purpose, and work together towards crafting a career path that works for you. Career coaching is different for everyone, and I can help.

Career Counselling is a process that may involve several sessions designed to accomplish the following: 1. Improved Self-awareness – by exploring your interests, values, skills and strengths, and personality, as they relate to career possibly through the use of targeted assessments. 2. Career research – is designed to help narrow down options. I will provide you with useful resources and have you complete information interviews with individuals doing the work. 3. Decision making and planning – Finalizing a decision and building out a transition plan (if required).
