When you are dissatisfied with your work, it can negatively affect other parts of your life, such as your health, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. Because work and the rest of you and your life are so inextricably linked, our work will centre on teasing apart these delicate and complicated threads so that you can begin to explore and understand your work and yourself. I have a PhD in leadership and policy and a background in business. I've had many jobs and careers from modelling, personal training, to a Bell operator and a Purolator driver. I've been in retail sales, and sold photocopies, PR, and software. I've been a teacher of primary/junior students, and professor in sales, and a professor in graduate education.
