We will consider many aspects including your inner desires, your short and long term goals, and we will assess your strengths and interests. From there, we you will work on exercises and specific action plans to uncover if your interests are truly that. Step-by-step we will work toward uncovering a more fulfilling career.

In career counselling, I support clients in exploring direction, purpose, and alignment between their values and professional life. This process often includes identifying strengths, interests, and barriers that may be influencing decision-making. Clients are encouraged to reflect on what feels meaningful and sustainable rather than purely external expectations. Many experience increased clarity, confidence in decision-making, and a stronger sense of direction, allowing them to make career choices that feel more intentional and fulfilling.

I can provide strategies for you to find new or different employment successfully. I'm not only a registered psychotherapist but I'm also a success coach. I have a PhD in leadership and policy and a background in business. I've had many jobs and careers from modelling, personal training, to a Bell operator and a Purolator driver. I've been in retail sales, and sold photocopies, PR, and software. I've been a teacher of primary/junior students, and professor in sales, and a professor in graduate education. I have owned a restaurant, and a tutoring company. I am sure I have missed something! I'm reinventing myself once again looking to be an author! Let me help you find your way!
