If you have done the MBTI Step II inventory propery, then we can use the result to explore what kind of career may best suit your personality preference. Sometimes, when we are working in a career which does not match our personality preference, we may find that it is difficult to handle the work or the working environment. It may create stress, anxiety and has a negative impact on our self esteem and our self confidence.
