Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.

My work centers on marriages in crisis, the effects of affairs, the damage of pornography addictions, the hopelessness of mood disorders (depression, anxiety etc,), the frustration of inappropriate anger and the paralysis caused by low self-acceptance.

I believe we are all unique, and not one specific skill set or therapy will restore a healthy state of being to everyone. Therefore, my style and approach to counselling is an eclectic one.
