My biggest passion is empowering teenagers to find the resources needed to get through an age of puberty changes, peer pressure, changing schools and making new friends, as well as transition to adulthood

My work focuses on helping you achieve your goals related to relational and personal health. My approach to therapy is an integration of established therapeutic practices, spirituality and a warm, empathetic environment.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.

I have worked with many youth and adults experiencing pain in their lives. It has been my joy to see these individuals become whole, experiencing a satisfied life. The life they were meant to live.
