Andrea is an expert in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and she utilizes somatic treatments as well to support clients who have experienced trauma. Andrea is trained as an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
