Working with couples is my passion. I first seek to understand the history of the relationship problem. Then move to create positive changes in the relationship. Creating a safe place to explore the often complex issues that arises for couples is primary to creating positive change. All issues are addressed including Communication, Intimacy, Sex, Companionship, Families of Origin, Parenting and Problem Solving.

I aim to help couples and relational partnerships uncover the root causes of their disagreements and conflicts, and collaborative work together to find solutions. I also believe couples can get buried under society’s pressure of a perfect relationship; I hope to help you get closer to the relationship that feels the most authentic and real for you as a partnership. I use Emotion-Focused and Solution Focused Therapy to help couple’s highlight their unique strengths and work toward a better understanding of one another. Relationships can be hard but they do not have to be. Our couple's therapists work with the couples to identify problem areas, debunk, assumptions, and learn how to effectively communicate. Your therapist will help you to express your feelings in a respectively way, discuss issues, and resolve conflicts that are occurring. Our therapists stay neutral and focus on the couple as a unit rather than individually someone being "right" and someone being "wrong".
