In couples counselling, we focus on helping partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection. We use a combination of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide couples in understanding each other’s needs and developing healthier patterns of interaction. When communication breaks down in relationships it can often lead to a disconnection from our partners which can seem irreparable.
