I offer phone and zoom sessions. These are often necessary for people who live in other areas or who cannot travel to the office.

We are a hybrid clinic and can accommodate regular telehealth or telehealth conversions when in-office appointments cannot be attended.

Telehealth can be just if not more effective as in person counseling. You are able to be in your safe space. It also cuts down on travel time.
