I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.

My approach to this work is down-to-earth, empathetic and non-judgemental. I walk with people through the not-so-great moments, explore the stuckness/discomfort, and aim to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with teens and emerging adults.

I offer individual and couples therapy for both BC and ON residents. I prioritize a client-centered approach and believe in addressing the root causes of issues with individuals and couples I work with. Your unique circumstance is at the forefront of my practice.

My work centers on marriages in crisis, the effects of affairs, the damage of pornography addictions, the hopelessness of mood disorders (depression, anxiety etc,), the frustration of inappropriate anger and the paralysis caused by low self-acceptance.
