About Me and My Philosophy:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and dogs, travelling, live music, and new experiences. I would love to travel all over the world and one day live on the ocean. I have also had my fair share of challenging experiences, like every human, but I believe that it has not only made me a stronger person, but has strengthened my passion and ability to help others through life's challenges. I believe that we have one life to live, and that we can either choose to learn from our experiences and overcome challenges, or we can let them control us.
The pandemic has demonstrated the effects of burnout, stress, and isolation. If you are trying to navigate any of these areas of life, I am confident that we can work together to help you rediscover what brings you happiness. Therapy can provide a way to address your problems and learn strategies to help you now, and in the future. The first step of reaching out is the most difficult and takes the most courage, but it is why you are on this page right now. Contact me to discuss how we can help you through the journey of breaking free from the past and begin a better life of happiness and fulfillment.
