I love to work with couples in conflict, frustrated parents, teens who are struggling in school or struggling with their family, and women who are dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma or navigating tough relationships. I will be in your corner and I will work to gain your trust.

My Approach With Kids and Teens:

I start with a culturally sensitive lens and I use a blend of parent-strategy sessions along with play therapy and strengths-based work in my approach with children and teenagers.

My Approach With Couples:

I draw on the Gottman Method, an evidence-based couples therapy that starts with a detailed relationship checkup and great communication tools that will transform how you and your partner talk and listen to each other.

My Approach With Adults:

I help women and men address relationship issues, depression, grief, anxiety, anger management, parenting, and trauma (racial and intergenerational) by using methods such as Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My Qualifications:
I have been in practice for 9 Years. I am a licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. I got my Masters in Social work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2014.

A Typical Session With Me:
I offer 50 minute psychotherapy sessions for individuals and 50 or 90 minute sessions for couples.
