I provide couple's therapy using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy as well as The Gottman Method approach. I am trained in both models of therapy. Together we can undo negative communication patterns and restore the connection you're seeking.

I am a strong proponent and advocate of Gottman's Marital research and therapy. Much of my marital work is in helping couples draw healthier boundaries and in establishing a new pattern of relating to eliminate criticism, stonewalling, defensiveness, and contempt.
