Some of the fundamental aspects of any relationship are communication, respect and reciprocity. Through my work with couples I help them identify what areas are are working well so we remember to keep them going, and what areas are challenging and need an adjustment.

I provide couples with skills to address three elements which contribute to successful relationships: (1) Communicating constructively about issues; (2) Having a strong relationship friendship; (3) Identifying and changing thoughts which add to each partner's distress.

I work with couples to not only resolve specific issues, but more importantly I coach couples in how to be supportive and understanding of one another. I work with you on improving appreciation, connection and intimacy for a whole new experience of couple satisfaction.
