My model for couples is relational therapy. I teach the partners how to become a safe and loving presence for each other, building skills for reconnection via dual communication and self-leadership (partners’ takes responsibility for their own feelings and actions).

We work with diverse and complex couples (and families) and specialize in sexuality, intimacy and gender issues. We utilize Gottman methods as well as other effective therapy approaches to ensure relationships are healthy and fulfilling.
