Lisa has undertaken training in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), by its founder, Stan Tatkin. PACT is an integrative approach encompassing many different aspects including neurobiology, attachment theory, and the biology of activation.

We support couples to improve communication, develop conflict resolution skills, repair relational injuries, increase parenting skills and partnership, and find peace and safety within family relationships. We are eager to support you on your journey as a couple.
