Through the ebb and flow that is inevitable in marital relationships, I hope to help couples to find their way back to one another, through effective communication, sharing of feelings, creating goodwill, and strengthening the marital bond.

I help couples stuck in conflict, silence, or emotional distance rebuild connection with structure, clarity, and respect. Reconnect 2.0 blends the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and SFBT into a no-blame, results-focused process for lasting change.

I believe that we can all learn and grow through the challenges of difficult relationships, and the hard work is well worth it! Relationships are one of our most powerful teachers where we can learn about ourselves, how to share deeply and listen lovingly.

The number one issue in all relationships is feeling ones core needs are not being met. This is expressed in a multiplicity of ways. Unfulfilled or unexpressed needs lead to hardening and separation. I work with coupes to find ways to gently open and soften.

AAMFT and Gottman trained in marriage counselling .I believe E-Counselling can be an advantage for couples as they have to read what the other person has communicated and to seek understanding before responding to the other person's thoughts and feelings.

I offer marriage counseling to adult couples. This includes engaging with a variety of issues that can arise in the context of a marriage. I also provide therapy for non-married couples and pre-marital counseling.
