In Career counseling , I assist the clients by addressing the emotional, psychological, and interpersonal factors that impact career choices and satisfaction. I have a holistic approach, considering both the psychological and practical aspects of career development, which can lead to more fulfilling and meaningful career choices for their clients. I help client with Self-Discovery and Clarification of Values, addressing emotional barriers such as anxiety , fear of failure, self doubt ; Coping with career transition , Developing communication and interpersonal skills , Managing stress and burn outs , supporting long term career development .

Career is more than a job to make money and pay the bills. Our careers give us a sense of meaning and purpose , help us have a sense of belonging and contribution in society, and provide us with a sense of security, achievement and progress through life. Career counselling helps you get in touch with what you value in a career and how you can choose a career or transition between careers in a way that is in line with your authentic self.

Career counselling is an integral part of life experiences. With the rapid change in technology and other societal advancements, people are changing careers more now than ever. As a result, helping a person transition from one career to another is important for some individuals. There are many factors to consider when providing counsel in making career changes. Decisions must take into consideration a client's home life responsibilities, culture, age, personality style, preferences, demographics and financial responsibilities. Family counselling may also prove fruitful.

My approach to career counselling is relational, practical, and attuned to each client’s unique story. I blend thoughtful, strengths-based exploration with gentle guidance that helps people clarify what energizes them, what environments help them thrive, and what patterns may be holding them back. Clients benefit from a supportive space where they can be honest about their uncertainties, experiment with new possibilities, and craft clear, actionable steps. Together, we build a path forward that aligns with your values, personality, and evolving sense of identity—so work feels not only sustainable, but meaningful.

I truly believe that choosing one single career path can be one of the more difficult decisions we have to make in life. At times it may feel like there is immense societal and cultural pressure to choose a specific career path, but at the end of the day, I am curious to explore what it is you value, free from outside judgements. Different people prioritize different factors when choosing a career, and it is important for me to help identify what your priorities are. From there we can brainstorm potential avenues and build motivation to help bring those thoughts into reality. It is often action that creates motivation, not the other way around.

In therapy as you experience a non-judgmental, secure relationship you can orient yourself and experience a sense of confidence and assurance to move forward. Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.

We will investigate what you are good at, what your passions are, and what kind of a working environment you need to do your best work. Along with all this we will seek to discover how and why you react to certain personalities or management styles. When you understand the reasons of your reactions we can then find ways for you to respond to situations in a healthy manner for yourself. We know that choosing a career can be a daunting task, and the process of exploring and planning your future career can take some time. In order to assist students through this process, I offer a variety of careers focused on personality, talent, degree and dedication. I did a lot of information research on this and I matched successfully. Many of my previous clients were happy for my advice. I serve my clients to get a good solution. I also discuss my clients' career questions to experts in the field. I offer resources to assist to get a better future.

I thoroughly enjoy working with young adult clients on assisting them in beginning their career journey. I also work with adult clients who are in the beginning stages of making career changes including going back to school. I know how scary "change" can be especially when it has financial implications. Career Counselling with me begins with developing rapport and relationships. We move at a pace you are comfortable with and examine the variables involved in decision-making. I support clients throughout the change process.

Maybe as a child you dreamed about having a great life of abundance and achieve greatness. At that age, you were a winner and you would stand up and defend your dreams against any challenges. Unfortunately, lots of people may lose some of that winning spirit growing up and the champion in you may have slowly dimed. Maybe you do set goals and you do have an idea of what your purpose and direction in life is. This simply is not enough for you to experience the abundance in life that you deserve.
