Regardless of what denomination your from I can help you to apply the immense spiritual resources we have as Christians to aid you on your journey of mental health recovery. God sees you in your struggle and has compassion for you. Being a Christian doesn't mean always being happy. I'll create space for all your thoughts and feelings.
