Relationships take work. We long for deep connection and yet often don’t know how; love so often gets buried in untold stories, repressed needs, and personal insecurities. I provide a safe space for partners to learn how to love and honour each other better.

One of my areas of interest and expertise is working with family members affected by the mental health and addiction challenges of their loved ones. I offer family education, especially around accommodating versus offering appropriate support.
