Knowing how you come across inter-personally can be a huge asset in advancing your career. Are you soft? Are you a yes-man? Do you come across as angry or controlling? Are there "communication skills" that stop you from getting that promotion? If so, we can use our relationship to explore how you come across. Getting to know who you are, and not who your parents, spouse, or children think you are is one of life's most difficult challenges. What I love doing most is helping people discover who they really are. But, once you know who you are and what you want to do, you also need to develop a reasonable transition plan to get from here to there. This takes a grounded and realistic approach in additon to liberating your creative juices. Being both a visionary and an engineer, I can help you master both.
