I'm a supervising psychotherapist who specializes in treating professionals for addiction, anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD. I have extensive experience treating adults, teens and couples in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My style is open and interpersonal.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

I help clients feel understood and supported as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. My approach blends deep attunement with practical tools, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
