I work with couples who are looking to improve communication and intimacy mainly from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens and from a Mindful approach to Non-violent Communication (MNVC). As a couple, you will become more clear with the emotions behind the interactions that you are wanting support with: such as feeling disconnected from each other, having frequent cycles of conflict/arguments, and loss of intimacy. You will also learn and practice other ways to communicate needs, other ways to express yourself to your partner with clearer intention, so that you lessen the frequency of the cycles and improve connection.
