I provide premarital counseling to couples planning to get married to help ensure that their marriage starts on a healthy foundation. I provide marriage counseling to couples who are struggling with day-to-day challenges as well as life changing events.

I specialize in working with couples. I trained with couples therapy expert Terry Real (Author of "Us" and use his Relational Life Therapy approach, which helps couples to navigate more effectively the natural relational cycle of disharmony, harmony, and repair.

I offer three models of marriage counseling: Traditional, Solo and Guided. Traditional, both partners come to therapy, Solo, only one partner comes to therapy and Guided, Janice guides couples through her book, Framework Marriage Counseling.

I work to help you develop a healthy relationship, enabling both people to speak from the heart about what they feel and need. When you find yourself in a repeating cycle of hurtful interactions, I facilitate new ways to connect and heal.
