I approach my work with clients from a very strengths based approach - drawing on these STRENGTHS of each of my clients to facilitate change. I specialize in helping my clients identify the emotional needs that drive our actions and subsequently, making sense of these needs and developing new patterns when these needs arise in the future.

I work from an attachment based perspective and hold the beliefs that we are products of our upbringing and relationships. I believe we are shaped through our experiences and this plays a vital role in how we operate in relationships in the present as well as the vision we hold for our future. I work within the context of animal-assisted psychotherapy to work with attachment, bonding, and acceptance and love.
