If you are struggling with depression, you are not alone! By approaching both the here and now as well as the past, many of my clients can find stability and freedom from many of their depressive symptoms.

When working with depression, I use a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when working with adults and teens and play therapy when working with children. If there is a clinical depression diagnosis, Neurofeedback or consulting a doctor about medication options may also be recommended as a part of the treatment process.
