Sitting alone in grief can be the hardest thing to do. As I sit with you and allow some of what needs to be released to be released, my hope is that you feel a sense of safety and healing. We walk through the stages of grief at your own pace: honoring memories, hurting from loss, feeling the "ugly" feelings of hurt and loss, and working through the transition of what life looks like now. Your healing can only happen in your timing, there is no right or wrong.

I use techniques such as guided imagery and breathing techniques to help you face and feel your grief instead of burying it. Sometimes we never get over a loss but with support and help, you can get through it.
