Throughout our work together we will spend time focusing on personal and professional goals while also taking into consideration the emotional impact big changes puts onto a person. We will learn to find balance between pushing forward towards the good, and honoring the emotions associated with a loss of innocence/support/structure/etc.

This is a 12 week program where we develop what career you want and what you need to do to get there. It is goal oriented where you will be coached in gaining clarity and taking action.

It's a big life change and emotional support in therapy throughout the change is incredibly important as well.
