Everyone has gifts they were born with. Through various therapeutic modalities including expressive art therapy and mindfulness, I help guide individuals through an inward self exploration of these gifts. I will also help you to clarify and work towards your "best life," that is visioning your ideal work-life, relationship-life, family-life and social-life.

In today’s world, it is normal to feel confused as to what career path to choose, how to change the one you have right now and how to keep moving forward in the direction of your choice, to reach your goals, to reach your potential. I have worked with many individuals, nationally and internationally guiding them towards their educational and professional goals and dreams.

There can be a lot of pressure to figure out one’s career or to decide where one fits within a particular field. Oftentimes this is a winding road rather than a straight route. Within therapy, I will support you in identifying and exploring the values, goals, interests, and passions most important to you so that you can make decisions about your career that feel right to you. I will also work with you to process possible obstacles along the way such as (and certainly not limited to) challenging work dynamics, stress and burnout, and difficulties finding a work/life balance.
