I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through various therapeutic modalities including expressive art therapy and mindfulness, I help guide individuals through an inward self exploration of these gifts. I will also help you to clarify and work towards your "best life," that is visioning your ideal work-life, relationship-life, family-life and social-life.

In our career exploration, we may use techniques such as free association, dream analysis, and transference to help you uncover underlying motivations, fears, and desires related to your career. By examining patterns of behaviour, recurring themes, and emotional reactions in the counselling sessions, you can gain insight into why you are drawn to specific professions, struggle with certain job-related challenges, or feel unfulfilled in your current work.
