I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

I offer my warmth, intelligence, open-mindedness and creativity in this work. Sessions can be outdoors to include nature's wonder in the healing journey.
