I offer individual trauma-sensitive somatic art therapy and counselling to LGBTQ2SIA+ adults who have had difficult life experiences and are seeking to heal their wounds and reconnect with themselves. 

I offer individual therapy sessions virtually and specialize in anxiety, self esteem and relationship concerns. I create a non-judgmental space where you can feel at ease to open up and be met with curiosity and acceptance.

I have always been a big advocate of jumping into action and finding ways to address problems through concrete, focused strategies. I also honour the important need to foster compassion, validation and understanding as a foundation with my clients before this occurs.

I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.
